Have been looking at spa’s at various retailers for a while but none gave me any total confidence with either poor knowledge or questionable after sales. Went to Posh Spa’s and met James and was instantly filled with confidence.No pushiness, fantastic knowledge and friendly advice and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision immediately. Within a couple of days Andy (the boss and James’s dad) called in to check suitability and like James, friendly, honest advice was given. Although an awkward install was sure they could overcome the issues and just as importantly offer a complete after sales service. The spa was delivered and the considerable difficulties were overcome by a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient team.
