Went to Posh Spa’s and met James and was instantly filled with confidence.No pushiness, fantastic knowledge and friendly advice and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision immediately. Within a couple of days Andy (the boss and James’s dad) called in to check suitability and like James, friendly, honest advice was given. Although an awkward install was sure they could overcome the issues and just as importantly offer a complete after sales service. The spa was delivered and the considerable difficulties were overcome by a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient team. I recently bought a hot tub from Posh Spas & the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful & knowledgable. James took the time to explain all the technical details in a really clear & easy to understand way, making it easier for me to make a decision on which hot tub was right for me. When it came to delivery, Adam & Mark were brilliant & nothing was too much trouble. They made sure everything was set up perfectly. You can tell it’s a family run business, there’s a genuine, personal feel to how they look after you. Recently visited the Sleaford showroom and received lots of helpful advice and guidance from Nick. Great selection to choose from and competitive prices. A pleasant and easy transaction from start to finish. Seems like a good quality product and at a reasonable price. Nothing was too much trouble for the team who came to install it and Adam took the time to explain how everything worked.
